Thoughtful design guidance, beautifully brought together.

You don’t need to start over. You just need clarity, direction, and someone who can see the bigger picture.

A one-on-one interior design consultation focused entirely on your space - your challenges, your style and your goals.
This is where the “quick wins” happen. We’ll talk through layout improvements, furniture placement, art hanging, and how to style what you already own in a way that feels intentional and cohesive.
You’ll walk away with clear direction, practical ideas, and the confidence to move forward.
For some clients, this consultation is all they need to complete their project. For others, it becomes the foundation for a more detailed design plan and we’ll outline exactly what that could look like.
Many clients choose to continue working together after their consultation when they’re ready for a larger transformation.
Through our design partnership, I guide your project from concept to completion. Together, we refine layouts, select hard finishes and materials, and create a cohesive plan that feels both functional and beautifully aligned with your style.

Hi, I’m Joanna - the designer behind Salt to Summit.
I help homeowners remodel and style their spaces through thoughtful design, smart layouts, and a warm, livable approach that feels both intentional and inviting.
My love for interiors started young, constantly rearranging furniture and repainting my bedroom more times than my mom probably preferred. That early creativity grew into remodeling five homes of my own and eventually building an interior design business in San Diego.
Now, back in my home state, I’m passionate about helping homeowners thoughtfully plan their spaces and add meaningful details to their homes.
